Russell Wheeler at the Brookings Institution tabulated 194 individual judicial votes across 42 post-election cases; only 14% of those judicial votes favored Trump positions, and only 1% in federal cases. On December 11, 2020, the Supreme Court rejected *Texas v. Pennsylvania* on standing grounds.
